Visitors register by scanning the gate QR and get a pass carrying both a QR and a six-digit code. Cracked tablet camera, dead phone battery or bright sunlight does not stop the gate.
A maid, cook, driver, kirana boy, milk or newspaper delivery is approved once as a person, not every day as a fresh visit. After that the gate only records in and out times. Rules can be set per category by the society and overruled by any individual flat, with optional day and time windows.
For industrial estates: CLRA licence, workmen compensation policy, ESIC, EPF, safety induction, medical fitness and police verification are checked at the gate. Missing or expired papers stop the worker. An override is possible, requires a typed reason, and is recorded against the name of whoever cleared it.
Inward and outward movement with returnable tracking, weighbridge gross, tare and net weights, invoice and e-way bill references. Hot work, height and confined space permits that lapse on their own rather than staying open because nobody closed them.
Plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter, pest control, cleaning, gardener, driver, nurse, flowers, pandit, astrologer and more. Confirming a booking raises the vendor gate pass automatically, scoped to that day only. Cancelling revokes it.
The gate register and material movement register export to Excel with the guard name against every entry, the period and the generation time on the sheet. A paper register can be rewritten afterwards. This one cannot.
Societies sell their own local advertising and keep the revenue; circulars and AGM notices run through the same screens but are labelled as notices, never as advertisements.
Each premises gets a printable QR. Visitors scan it and register themselves in under a minute — name, mobile, who they are visiting, confirmed by a one-time code.
A guest goes to the resident to approve. A regular with standing entry walks in. A contractor worker is checked against statutory papers before anyone is asked anything.
Allow, hold or deny, in type large enough to read at arm length in sunlight, with the reason underneath. No interpretation required.

No. Regular staff are approved once as a person. After that the gate only records arrival and departure times. A society can decide the rule per category — maids and milk delivery walk in, couriers are asked each time — and any flat can overrule that for its own staff.
Every pass carries a six-digit numeric code as well as a QR. The guard types the code instead. Nothing about the gate depends on a working camera.
Whatever the estate configures. Typically the contractor firm CLRA licence and workmen compensation policy, and the individual worker safety induction and photo ID. Missing, unverified or expired papers block the pass and the reason is shown to the guard.
Yes. A society maintains its own service panel and those vendors are listed above any centrally empanelled ones. A society that has used the same plumber for nine years should not be pushed onto someone else.
The register exports with the guard name against every entry, the period covered and the time it was generated, and every export is itself logged. It is designed to be handed to an auditor or an inspector. Whether it satisfies a specific statutory requirement is a question for your auditor.
The gate console is a light web page and messages are queued rather than sent inline, so a slow link does not hold up an entry. A sustained outage at the gate does stop scanning, and that should be discussed honestly during site survey.
The local channel partner. Hardware supply, installation and annual maintenance are theirs; the software subscription is ours. That split is deliberate — it is what makes the partner economics work.
